Outlaws of the Border is a site by two people named Lindsay and Gautier from what I understand, and thats about all I know about it. What I really love about it though is the art section, filled with different collages and such which really grab your attention.

Elo Vazquez was born in Sevilla, Spain and now resides in Reykjavik, Iceland. She focuses mainly on photography which you can check out on her link but her moleskin collages are what I find to be most brilliant.
